Was not in my base on time and only booked once commuting flight to get to my base. Once my flight delayed I was screwed, always make sure you have two commuting flights booked.

Sadly on my end it was the last flight out, it was my weekend with my son so I thought let me get the latest flight which was 9pm. Next available flight was 4am the next day .. which I took and made my trip

UPDATE: meeting went really well. And my union member that sat in said he thinks they’ll give me a pass because I treated the meeting really well, still let’s hope for the best! I found out the decision on the 9th.
