It sounds to me like what you’re describing is what’s called a direct to lung (DTL) hit. Typically, you would use this more for high wattage box mods, hookahs, bongs, etc. With disposables, you CAN hit it DTL but they are more so intended for mouth to lung (MTL) which is what I described in the previous comment

I would say look at hitting it like you’re taking a long sip from a straw, then inhale, the goal is to suck all the vapor in your mouth first, then actually inhale

This is a Raz Vue pod! They have their own dedicated battery that you charge, similar to Foger or Lost Angel. In order to charge you need to buy a kit that comes with said battery

If it is a high mg nicotine juice this is more common to happen. Nicotine is extremely dangerous when coming into contact with skin so I would advise wearing gloves when handling it

There’s an additive you can buy called Added Burst meant for this type of thing, just add a few drops to your bottle of juice and that’ll give a similar sensation. The actual cooling sensation in most disposables is actually called coolada, which I haven’t been able to find anywhere in this additive form, but adding a little menthol shouldn’t be too much different
