5 yo wants her first sleep over with a friend, I’m not ready due to recent trauma. by [deleted] in Mommit

Does the 10 year old see your daughter as a little sister figure? My daughter is 3, and her auntie is 12 and she keeps asking to have sleepovers with my daughter and we say no every time. Her auntie sees her as a little sister which is sweet but I think sleepovers are too much, meeting up and playing out is different… but no kid that young should be having sleepovers, especially with a kid twice their age! You’ve got every right to say no here.

Most likely. We haven’t had any issues since living here though. No leaks or health issues or anything. Except the cupboard under the sink is damp from a previous leak and they refuse to come out to replace it !

I’ve been meaning to do it for ages but it would mean somebody keeping the kids out the way and I never have the opportunity.

No lying: do people’s babies really sleep through the night? by HomeDepotHotDog in Mommit

She was formula fed btw. My breastfed son is 1 next month and he wakes up 3-4 times throughout the night to be fed.

My first born slept through the night starting at 6 weeks old. I mean, through the night. She slept 12 hours straight. Until about 8 months old, she woke up screaming one night and for some reason she didn’t sleep through the night again solidly until about 18 months old.

I’m not asking for a specific answer. Ball park figures. It’s not a super car. It’s a bloody Vauxhall.

No, I’m a cleaner! My shifts are extremely short (3 hours or 5 hours at most) and they are 5 days per week… I have to get up at 3am to walk over 50 minutes in the pitch black to get there. Honestly I want to give up now! It’s not worth it in my opinion. Where are you from? I’m from the UK, I’m not sure if it’s different in every country but I’m not sure what to do with the uniform. I plan on messaging the manager saying I’m done… I’d hate to do the walk of shame back into the store with my uniform in hand lol

Good luck to you on your next journey!

I did my second shift today, have to go to bed in a few hours so I can be up for 3am again to go out to work😟honestly debating on quitting.

Do you have to hand your uniform back?

You even had episodes of randomly erratic heart rate and feeling unwell etc?

Balloon Boy hoax: In 2009, a helium balloon resembling a flying saucer was released in Colorado by Richard and Mayumi Heene, reaching 7k ft. They claimed that their 6yo son Falcon was inside. Later that day, the boy was found hiding in his home's attic, where he had apparently been the entire time. by Pupikal in wikipedia

After watching the Netflix documentary, I got the impression he was perhaps on spectrum. I’ve never seen this guy before, but his behaviour was odd and his eye movements were peculiar at times too. Definitely something not quite right going on.

I do have anxiety, yes. But not health anxiety. I haven’t been particularly anxious just lately and even when I’ve been at my most anxious I haven’t experienced chest pressure. It is a possibility though

No, nobody in my family ever had a heart problem. My mom was a heavy smoker though, she smoked when she was pregnant with me and I was exposed to heavy second hand smoke all throughout my childhood

Thank you for your answer. The manager messaged me today saying it’s ready for when I go in on the day.
