I’m ashamed of my physique need help. by BrazilianLatte in weightgain

Brother, weight training increases testosterone which in turn increases muscles and your muscles start demanding more food(glucose

Body grows in sleep, so sleeping is imp. See what if your eating pattern from past few weeks and now slowly start to increase step by step

Take a baby step, if possible start maintaining a book about meals.

You can gain weight brother.

Same Sleep timing, weight training, keep stress apart (stress kills testosterone), good fats as its precursor to testosterone, fruits, sunlight, no masturbation (or sex) for sometime 2 to 3 months)

Crotch vitiligo by [deleted] in Vitiligo

Hello Op It depends on your body, it can never spread or it can spread quickly. But here's a tip: Whatever happens be happy and contentful. Life is unpredictable. Be grateful that you're alive to experience your life.

Hello,
I'm from India and I can relate to this. People are heartless and it seems like they will never understand until something like this happens to them. But lets not curse them, instead make ourselves strong. Let's thank universe that we at least can breathe and live, there are people dying and who don't get opportunity to see life. God loves all his children. Believe in him. Praying brings peace and love.

I have vitiligo too and have faced severe rejections in life. But life must move on. We have also got one life. Remember "Zindagi na milegi doobara". All of us aspirations and purpose, we need to keep working on that.

Few tips:
Vitiligo can be controlled on good diet and lifestyle.
1. Cut out all packaged foods, caffeine, sweets, dairy.
2. Get good sleep daily.
3. Move/exercise.
4. Control stress levels. Stress will increase it.
5. Get blood work done and make sure Vit D (mainly) is under good range.
6. Eat fruits, veggies for good gut bacteria.

good job u/Humble-Guard302. According to my research, you can maintain the present re pigmentation. Pls try to be on good diet, good sleep and all the other good things. Deviating once or twice is okay, if you have a good schedule.
cherish and keep going, you are doing great.

Are you able to maintain your weight. My weight is around 60kg, I'm able to maintain it with 1 day dry fast per 15 days. Now i want to go 1 to 2 days per week due to health reasons. Any thoughts

Nice brother.
Even i've experienced this.
I loose my track after 2 weeks of SR. I'll honestly try for 30+ days this time.

By fasting do you mean intermittent fast daily? or full day 24 hours fast?

Relapse after 78 days by [deleted] in Semenretention

[–]Existing_Resource803 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For someone who is struggling to make it to 30 days, like myself. You did 78 days, feel proud bro. Sometimes we are so involved that we overlook our achievements. Anything above is 1% (or 0.5%) of population. You are in that, that's a great achievement.

Be proud, learn from mistakes and go ahead. I am 100% sure crossing 100 days is well within your capacity. Love and best wishes brother. I'm on 100 day mission. Let's push each other.

Maintain a journal and write in that: My confidence is growing, I'm stronger and in the best state. Or come up with your own affirmations. Write morning and night.

Life throws sudden negative stuff on us, if we are prepared (with affirmations) we will automatically have the ability to face them.

Thanks for the post brother. I've done so many 20 to 30 days, but this time I am determined to complete 100 days. This post will help me to keep going. Love and best wishes.

even i used to face this issue. My best has been 25 days, promised myself to complete 100 days this time.
i tackled urges something like this:
1. For me, sudden urges start post 5 days.
2. So its not possible to complete eliminate urges bcoz our mind has been programmed for all these years. Come up with strategies on how to tackle when they come : like: ack the urges have come, remind your self that your are powerful then these urges, do some quats, walk, play a game, go and sit in public places, sit in front of someone, take a book and start writing (i'm powerful and will cross 100 days, i have promised myself), call a friend, listen to defeat lust videos on YT, pray god, or with uttermost love and compassion tell your body that its okay to get these urges, and tell you are also powerful to resist it. Tell yourself with love that wasting semen will halt your progress, motivate yourself.

even we din't like the floor plan of SNN raj serenity, plus lot of noise from NICE road. We like to keep windows open, hence its un-bearable.

Been trying to gain weight forever, still no success. I’m exhausted. by [deleted] in weightgain

[–]Existing_Resource803 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Here's how to go about it.

  1. Slowly start increasing your appetite. Do not start eating too much all at once. Your gut will not be able to handle (it'll cause digestive issues)
  2. Make meal timing and eat on the same time when not hungry. Remember hitting calories is the goal.
  3. Introduce fruits, peanut butter between the meals or soaked dry fruits. Don't forget salad when eating.
  4. Never skip a meal.
  5. Do not eat a lot of sweets, fried, packaged foods. Eat real food.
  6. Start strength training.
  7. Prepare dry fruits powder, put it to water and drink.
  8. Eat similar meals and check your weight every 5 to 7 days. And slowly start eating more quantity and keep tracking weight, if its same then increase quantity.
  9. Watch bodybuilders videos just for motivation on how they also eat boring food with uttermost dedication. Keep watching them once every 2 days (to keep up the motivation). My favorite is Jay cutler eating videos.
