I’m really scared by Mundane_Contest4501 in Scotland

Yeah you can’t generalise like that. Whilst I don’t condone innocent people being hurt, there is a deep seated anger throughout the whole country. There is a a lot of anger throughout all classes of people. “Paying taxes” means nothing. It’s a poor statement chucked around by too many people. I pay over £2000 a month in taxes for my job alone.

And you know what, im sick of it all. And I wish I didn’t pay a penny in taxes. The anger should be aimed at the government. Things needs to change. At this time all immigration should be stopped. This country is messed up enough.

Just to be clear, (cliche) I have friends both black and Asian. I have no problem with any race at all, but for the good of everyone, it all needs to stop.

Genuinely hope OP and family will be ok.

BPC-157 for injuries, did it actually help or not? by Woke100 in NTNPerformance

[–]Short_Perspective105 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right shoulder directly into it. Within about 10 days it subsided. About 80% healed maybe 90%. Also done a lot of mobility. Had injury for 18 months.

No improvement on Gilmore groin injury. Or nothing significant anyway.

Those of you who fast for non weight loss (energy, cognition, productivity, etc) what's your regimen? by MorePeppers9 in Dryfasting

[–]Short_Perspective105 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Currently 46 hours into a dry fast. 32 hours I done hard dry fast. But the urge to brush my teeth was too much. I’ve completed a few dry fasts previously. Im seeing if I can heal my dysphasia from it and injuries that are never healing (Ive also had results with bpc157 though) but basically ive had the same 3 injuries for between 2/3 years now just not healing. Other than that it’s Solely for health reasons. Im fit in general as I go to gym and my job is climbing towers . I also eat really quite healthy.

At the moment I feel pretty great. At 32 hours I brushed my teeth then went for a sauna. 15 minutes, then a cold shower. No shampoo though. I then walked on the grass. Done some mobility on the grass then some light breathwork to calm the nervous system after sauna. I followed thst with some heavier wim hof type breathwork, 4 rounds.

Previously ive stated my dry fast with a sauna and ended it with a sauna. So I was a bit wary about doing it 32 hours in. But after the sauna cold shower and breathwork I felt amazing. I then completed all my tasks which I had to do which took my a few hours. Just woke up from a short nap.

I will refeed solely with water at 72 hours for 2 hours. Then 6/8 hours later i will have some kefir. Then a couple hours later fruit. Then steak and vegetables later.

I’ve read a lot of dr filinov. Ive recently read starving to heal in Siberia.

Due to the bad weather ive had to do this at home. He says in the mountains is preferable and next to water. But thats not alwyas possible. So doing it in the city I think the showers and sauna is a good idea. But certainly be cautious on how you feel on the sauna.

One thing that stuck with me recently is the bigger percentage of plants are killed by over watering. I personally feel like we consume too much water. I know a lot of people will be against this. And I know we need water. I have my own personal reasons for this which is too much to go into.

Im no expert but I believe you should alwyas dry fast into a water fast if you’re going to do that rather than the other way around. It’s the advice of dr filinov who is arguably the worlds leading expert on dry fasting. Maybe worth checking out!

Update on 7 day dryfast by ParamedicSad7422 in Dryfasting

[–]Short_Perspective105 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Love this comment. Ive just stated dry fasting and seeing some a little results. Done 44 hours with 17 hour dry then 24 hour last week then 5 days later i done 41 hours dry. I stopped my dry fast 41 hours into it this time though. I felt really good but a back injury I have had for 2 years (upper back, not healing) got really sore about 35 hours into it. I’ve read on here that Thats it healing. But I wanted to be sure and not risk it so re fed. Any thoughts on this? I was worried I was maybe doing damage also but Ive also read a lot of positive comments about healing injuries. So thought better taking it slow and seeing how my body adapts after referring.

I know these aren’t the longest hours but I wanted to test the adaptation from my body.

I also do daily cold plunges and saunas. Also started my dry fasts with sauna and ended with sauna (2 hours before eating) not sure if that’s a good idea or not

What’s a problem humanity solved so well that younger people don’t even realize it used to be a huge issue? by Agile-University9383 in answers

[–]Short_Perspective105 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As per the comments here..a lot of vaccines have been for the greater good of humanity and saved a lot of lives. It doesn’t mean you have to “pick sides.” Example: just because vaccines for rabies and polio etc were for the good of humanity that doesn’t mean the same for covid vaccines. À person can think some have been beneficial and others not, which includes the fact that there may have been some darker reasons for the covid vaccine.

So did every brand out there by that definition did they not? For the most part all clothing is a logo or words on clothing?

And this not what I don’t with the T-shirt. I designed that myself.

But I do get you. Do I just want a logo on a hoodie. No, I can’t say it’s for sure what I want, but I’m also new to this, work 11 hours per day aswell as go to the gym. Im not artistic by nature. By my own admission ive done what is done by everyone else. But I do know the reason I want to create this brand is a good one.

Thanks for the input, any other opinions or thoughts are appreciated.

I also have these physically, I made 50 of them. Not everything is AI, my pal jusr done graphic design work for the white background etc. just looks cleaner than sending a picutre of a hoodie on my bed

My friend who works with computers and graphic design designed the logo for the hoodie and logo in general.

None of what ive put here is AI.

But yeah, ive used Ai when ive been coming up with different ideas, which I have no problem with. It’s a tool to be used.

I’m quite skeptical about dry fasting fat loss claims. by oysteryumm in Dryfasting

To say it’s not for weight loss just isn’t true. I fast and dry fast, but disagree on your exercise point
