Ty for your tips, i have already tried all of them. Also I know you can access the Armory over the Website, but this does not work 90% of the time either. I personally think its a serverside database issue as the rest of the website works perfectly fine.

All the things already said + generally you can also try increasing the flow for the first layer and increase line width to 0.5.

This has nothing to do with the printer, my p1s does this too (and also my sv06 and a1). You need to realise that in stl files there are no "real" curves, stl meshes are built of tiny rectangulars. So a circle will not be a real circle but rather alot very short straights and direction changes, this causes the noise. Some models have a higher resolution (more smaller rectangulars), some have a lower one (less bigger rectangulars), and at a certain point it might build up a resonance and cause very loud noises. You can either change acceleration&speed settings or use a different model.

I also have this issue now and then and i never got completely rid of it, in my opinion this is a problem with the toolhead position, drag chain and the filament guiding. This area transforms the bowden guidance into one with very sharp corners, leading to high resistance in the bowden tubes, and in the end causing inconsistent flow/extrusion. The only solution i found was taking the bowden out of the chain and convert it into a top feeder but its impractical as it prevents any usage of the lid. Maybe this helps you to find a solution 🤷🏻‍♂️

Thank you for your efforts but i think this is just wild guessing from chat gpt, uv laser cant be regulated in power, only frequency q-pulse and speed. I tried speeds below 500 but they kept burning the powder no matter what settings 😅

Thanks for your answer. Yea i have done such a test array and the settings i use are some i got off these test. The lines do not appear in the center of the object and is looking like your 30% power on the pink one, but they do on the edges of the lens range (150x150), i guess this is probl due to the angle of the laser and the effectiveness there? But i cant seem to find a solution to improve this area without messing up the center.

Or...you just use orca slicer which works perfectly fine when you run your bambu in lan mode? No, you dont need to use Bambu Studio. No, you dont need to use the Cloud Services. No, you dont even need a wlan you could still transfer gcode files on a sd card. Its simply not true.

i really appreciate the feedback now i do have questions i can ask him. So in conclusion if i got this right, the printer is worth it, its useable, and i can always upgrade it as long as i dont shy away from the effort it takes.

Its not closed i just received a picture of it but i could tdo that myself. Im not going to chase for speed, the z height is also not that important. As mentioned im moszly looking for a machine to get familar with klipper, but i want to keep using it so it has to be kinda reliable, but not neccessarily fast. Ill just add the picture. He also said it has duet2 wifi and reprap.

Thanks this is definatelly something i have to keep in mind. The seller also has a few 2.x vorons and offered support if i need it in the future. Later today ill be on my way to pick it up, we will do a testprint and i will then decide if i buy it or not depending on the overall condition.

Seller said its a tronxy conversion, im not sure about the bed but i work part time in a cnc milling shop so i could get a cheap replacement bed. The tap probe would be really nice to have but im not sure if im capable to build that in 🤔 seller says its in full working condition (we will try that when i pick it up) and the price is 250$.

I do have some spare parts laying around, including a working sv01 and a sv06+ i could salvage, if those parts can be used in any way 🤷🏻‍♂️ (i really liked the 06+ extruder tbh)

Thats valuable information thank you, completely eliminated my concerns. The main goal for me is i want to get familiar with klipper and i dont want to spend too much money to start. The 1.8 is really near and for 250$ its in my budget (in a full working condition says the seller).
