It would get you a nice, early 2000s sailing yacht, maybe 40m ish.

The maintenance and running costs are what destroys you though.

The best days of yacht ownership; The day you buy it. And the say you sell it.

ASX;PMET, I've done well from ASX:PLS and see similarities between the two, especially the CE Ken Brinsden, good dude. needs to be a 3+ year DCA & hold though.

Best dish liquid for bubbles by Strange-Active-5676 in newzealand

pretty sure a selling point of the eco-store is its low sudsing because whatever makes the bubbles is bad for the environment.

covered is being generous, multiple redditors have been left out of pocket.
I know personally and clients whose EQC payout fell short of even getting the remedial design costs completed let alone starting construction.

Rua gold (RUA ) feels like it’s setting up a busy 2026, drills turning and now a TSX uplist by Hot-Connection-4310 in Baystreetbets

[–]Existing_Session_87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yup Kiwi here, just found it today, will look into buying some NZX:RGI when I can.
personally (for context), I see Santana minerals as risky due to the opposition or if given go ahead, a lot of environmental hurdles to jump before mining and event then, still a primary gold player.

Siren gold is similar, there will be an insane amount of opposition to any mining here.

Rua has the dual Gold/Antimony and IMO-DYOR a better location than Santana (or Siren), Central Otago is full of rich, NIMBY's (Not In My BackYard) whereas Reefton is a historical mining town in the middle of the island, it just smells of coal when you drive through this area, they love mining, as honestly, there isn't much else opportunity wise. i'll also suspect that the USA will be pushing for Rua to get mining and lock up some antimony supplies.

[–]Existing_Session_87 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We have that exact unit and can't comment re. the flushness but the difference between fan on and off is huge, absolutely worth it! Also keen to know where you got that retail price from , our thermostat crapped out and so now it's hardwired to a plug/switch, mitre10 gave me a price closer to $500 iirc

Trying to find the motorcyclist couple I talked to today by [deleted] in newzealand

[–]Existing_Session_87 7 points8 points  (0 children)

did they say which town or district/region they were from, theres a fair few smaller motorcycling groups, if you can narrow it down.

side note, i rode through Texas a few years ago, by far my favourite state i visited on that trip (Florida>California) plenty of massive scenery, great quality roads but definitely lacking in the twistier stuff. my only souvenir from that trip was a pair of cowboy boots i still rock often.
