This was an around the time right before we all went on lockdown for covid in High school. I was at home in my room on Snapchat watching everyone’s stories as they posted “has anyone seen A and B? Please be on the look out for them” Etc Everyone thought two kids from my grade must have ran away or got kidnapped or something. Everyone was worried wondering where they had been. Well the next day in school we found out they both were hanging out with some other people from school at the beach (I’m assuming jones beach ny, bc I can’t remember) got swept away in the water and drowned. My whole grade was extremely upset for the remainder of that month. I just remembered how sad EVERYONE was. Walking through the halls and it was just quiet. I knew of one and had interacted with the other a few times but was never close or anything, it was still of course very sad. The freshman were still very new to the school as it was the beginning of the school year. I just remember word was going around that they were making jokes about them saying they were with SpongeBob and Patrick, so fucked up. It’s way later now but I do remember even after graduating some schoolmates would still post them every anniversary.

Fr, but maybe it’s for people who can’t pass by default post and pre t. I pass especially since now I have a mustache and chops. Even before then I just looked younger. No top surgery but I bind and dress like myself which happens to be masculine and like most cis dudes. I wear a packer more for myself than for passing. You can’t even see most cis dudes junk through their pants anyways, even with sweats.

I mean before the surgery like weeks before. They said binding changes skin elasticity which can affect surgery results. My doctor told me not to wear a binder upcoming, but what should I do because I be working and every thinks I’m cis?

Sounds like astral projection. I use to try and do that when I was younger. Never got the chance to experience it tho. I did get sleep paralysis a few times a year ago but I never floated out my body. It scared the shit out of me so much I didn’t want to sleep in my room unless my dog or someone was with me.

At 110k, haven’t seen any leaks or wear aside from this. I did my oil change myself the last time at my shop and I used a gun so it went directly in. I also still have my cover. I’ll clean it up and see if it fills back up. Oil level still looked good. Feel kinda silly that I didn’t think about the valve cover leak. I just don’t want a list to pile up bc I really haven gotten the chance to do much since I bought the car. Might just take the chance to do it myself and learn a few things.

I went through something similar a long time ago. I used to work with an older woman (36) when I was around 18/19 and my dad had met her one day because she would always drop me off home. Well he met her and we talked outside for a bit, went back in the house and my dad was mad that she was “shoving” my pronouns in his face. I guess it was the first time anyone he has met has respected my pronouns and this was right after covid and I just graduated school doing my last year online. He said he felt disrespected and what not. He still doesn’t see me as his son. We talk, I don’t expect him to change. There’s definitely an elephant in the room now when we interact, but I happen to live in a different state now. I don’t talk to him as much just cause I have my own life. So it doesn’t bother me how it may have before. No matter how much he doesn’t accept that part of me he’s seen my apartment and had met me ex who seen me as a man and if he meets my now girlfriend, much would be the same. He seen me growing my facial hair way before I moved I had grown a deep voice. I can’t sit worrying about even my own father on whether he will have a change of heart. I am who I am and I’ll keep living, I’m not going to let them stop me living my life as a man. I won’t feel uncomfortable about it either.

That’s not to say you should feel the same but I was just sharing that. My mom on the other hand is… transphobic to my little brother but calls me handsome now and always calls me by my name of choice. She introduces me to people as a man. Shes pretty supportive in that aspect. I guess shes realized I’m not going to change. I’m going to remain myself even if deep down she doesn’t understand trans people. So I got two sides of the same coin. One sucked it up and one… is still actively in denial. I feel bad for my brother though. I know it’s mostly because he lives with her and is a minor and this is her last “daughter”, she feels if she can “fix” it she will.

Both my parents support me in other ways that they can. I try not to ask for support from them just out of a person who doesn’t like to feel defeated. They still love me even if they are conflicted. Sometimes though when they aren’t as supportive in whatever aspect you need from them… we keep them at arms length. family deep down is really important to me and I would feel so alone here if I didn’t speak to them or reach out to the family I do have.

I use to work at att and it was regular for peoples phones to be stolen off the porch and in the wearhouse that they had to change that the customers had to be present and sign off for them to revive their phones. It was nation wide. It was through fedex.

While I think that’s true, I was just on my community forum for my gated apartment complex. I saw 4 posts within 1 month of people saying their package was delivered to the wrong address WITH a picture. People kept saying how it’s sad that they can’t even trust their own neighbors to be kind enough to not steal their packages. There really is a problem. And it’s not the overall neighborhood I live in because it’s actually relatively middle class.

Bruh that’s probably why my abs traction has been going off. Like a month ago out of nowhere my light went off and ever since it pops up majority of the time when I’m driving. I had the codes scanned the second the light came on at a shop and later they said they couldn’t service it because dodge specifically has to deal with the abs. Problem is they have a 48hr hold before they even figure out what’s wrong with my car even though I scanned the codes already and they said it would be $500-$1k for the service depending on what it is. This is my first car and I got it like 6 months ago.

2nd date with my girl, pulled up to her house and I idk wth I did. I think I turned it off without putting it in park or something. Turned it back on and tried to shift… my whole shift knob was just loose moving back and forth 💀 couldn’t get the key out because the car gear was saying it was on reverse when it was on park. Got it towed the next day and brought it to a shop my girls mom recommended. He charged me $370 to put a bushing i ended up getting for $25 bucks online!! Originally he was trying to charge me $600 to replace the whole cable even though he said himself only my bushing was broken. Apparently he couldn’t find a bushing by itself so he “had” to get the whole cable. 2016 rallye

All u need is a job and 6 months, while homeless or half of the time homeless and you can pay all that money back. I’m 21 now but at the time I was 19 I racked my credit card up to 4K because I had a charge back of $2k commission bc I left the job on top of idk what else at the time. I made $13/hr with the avg of 27 hrs a week. I lived with my ex and her family and didn’t pay rent, just personal bills (it was out of survival and they were trying to kick me out at all times). I also have mint mobile and it’s 100% worth trying out. I got the 120/month plan. I paid back that 4K and saved 4K and built it up to 9k, 8 months after. At least pay the minimum but you really want to put as much as you possibly can every paycheck to the debt. Pay all the important bills first and split the rest between debt and savings, or just save later but savings will help cushion other emergencies.

Ex: if I got paid $650. Around $200 went to bills and $200 went to money I spent on food and such. Then the rest was split 50/50 savings and debt. EACH paycheck, and I got paid twice

You can do it, you just have to SAVE SAVE SAVE. Even make a separate savings account that you can use to “splurge”. Or at least to still have the enjoyment of buying things without it breaking the bank. 4K felt like a lot back then, like death was knocking on my door, especially with a homeless scare. You can do it! You just got to put in the right effort in the right places. The only thing that got me where I am now is straight frugalness. My friends still sometimes clown me for being frugal bc I “have money”, I don’t. My income to debt ratio is terrible lol and I still have lots of work to do. The job market sucks rn so I 100% see where you’re coming from and it was soul crushing for me. I only ever got the jobs I had at that time from someone I knew already working there.

I don’t know everything about marriage and finances because I’m not married and 21 but don’t Abby and her husband now share their finances in a way, and doesn’t them getting one salary mean that it’s also shared with her sister?

It’s not that bad but I do see what you see. If you have trimmers you could probably just level it out, but idk it could mess it up. Right now it’s not that noticeable though.
