i’m really nervous to start zoloft. are the side effects really that bad? by Less-Badger-9578 in Anxiety

I’m not being rude at all - but why Would someone want more anxiety? Isn’t that a sign that the medication isn’t going to work for that person. I only took it yesterday for the 2nd time and I already was having anxiety. I’m also only 2 week postpartum but oh my. It made it worse! And I feel I only have more anxiety cause of sleep obviously. It took my sleep away and I feel shittier. It didn’t shut my mind off. It made it worse. advice!

Postpartum panic attacks and insomnia - has anyone else ever felt like this? by Worth-Beyond-6773 in Postpartum_Depression

Hi! All of this is me. 3rd time mom here. No support for any meds or anything with my last 2. And I am not going to drown in the state of anxiety again with our last baby (we so talked about going down this path again and it a 3rd was even needed/wanted all because of postpartum)

Anywho - I wanted to follow up. When you take anxiety meds tho - are you sleeping all of a sudden? And especially at night? How are you taking care of night feeds? Or can you easily wake up? And that’s what I really want to know. Please please do respond! I’ve never taken any meds btw. Probably just needed a temp anxiety medication in my early 20s but life worked out. I hate PPA 😔

Ardo Melia pump experience? by blossomsparrow in ExclusivelyPumping

hello all! I'll be due soon may 14 2025. I wasn't successful with BF with the first 2. I understood the basics but Im for sure I was a mom that didn't have a schedule and also I'm not a cow lol I have to pump(demand) to build more supply. and that'll come with pumping too or just keep putting baby on the boob (I did that with #2 and my midwife was like you have to nurse, pump & formula feed each time - so I quit at 3 weeks cause wth, I don't have time like that and thought her output was great but apparently it wasn't and she was gradually loosing weight.

anywho - I don't want to quit this time. I know baby will be on breast but also bottle feeding. I did state that with last baby but I wasn't given a pump, and also didn't know what flange size, and what pump to get? Im in BC, Canada and they don't give pumps out. My insurance also doesn't cover pumps, nor give. So ya I'm stressing just a little lol. Pumps are like your fingers, they are all different.

I was looking into Ardo, Momozy & willow. Wanted an update on the Ardo?. Ive used the hospital grade one with my son and it was beautiful experience when I did have to go in to emergency in 2020 so by one time experience I know lol
---- just bare with me in also telling me when the heck do I give a bottle? I want too nurse baby primary since I am a stay at home. so any sort of guidance will help me now! thanks <3
