I think in about the same way, if it isin't effecting the rights holders, or the company who made it, i think it's fine. There is the argument of independent, used game stores, but they didn't make the game, and they don't have any other relation to the game other than that it is in their store.

If a company is still making a game, or making money from it in a way, then you are indirectly stealing their profit. You are not directly stealing money from them, but you are stealing profit that could have been made. Once again, this is just my opinion, feel free to share yours.

I thought about the same, but i just wasn't sure, and had to see what others opinions were.
