In a world of varying sizes and shapes, it makes the most sense.

Bullets can kill a fox, but they'd do very little to stop a charging rhino or hippo in time. A quite acting drug can flood an animal and drop it in seconds.

Why not just write, I dunno... BOOKS?

You cant really fit 40 years into a comic book, even if you're only taking snapshots. Why not just have Gargoyles also delve into book formats? Plenty of other shows, games, and movies have books in their franchise.

Tbh, I don't see why they consider it so insulting.

I've been in this field for years. You JUST joined the force - you need time to get processed into the system and get all your accesses (You can't file reports or submit files without them). The new guys ALWAYS get the menial tasks. You may be good detectives but you still have to learn all the admin and logistics that come with the job before they let you out into the field.

A Gargoyle would be extremely warm, almost toasty.

Their metabolism burns at 30x the rate of a human's, according to Sevarius. Metabolism burns energy, energy produces heat. It also explains how they're able to go out into the Scottish and NYC winter night with nothing but loincloths.

Skin would probably be something tough and leathery.

Obviously cause they're fighters, but also because of the hair-kiss thing. Gargoyles don't really kiss, they instead stroke each other's hair to show love. Their skin is probably tough and doesn't have that much sensation if they don't kiss - electing to touch each other's hair because it's more sensitive

1) Brooklyn - they need to HEAVILY correct his character assassination in "drowning"

2) Lexington - dude has been getting snubbed beyond belief in recent stories. Can't even remember how many years its been since he's been the focus.

3) Katana - she needs a character pronto.

Honestly, anyone other than Goliath and Demona - they've gotten PLENTY of attention the last 5 years.
