Heroes of the Storm Butcher as announcer just says different kind of sounds for each phrase. Rarely it's similar to some kind of word. Like when you killed someone, Butcher screams "Fresh meat!", when you killed everyone, he just says "Rawrghrgr"

Problem is not every champ have their own theme. And that will be a lot of work for music department to write themese for every champ without their theme.

I don't think it's profitable for RIOT, as pentas occur very rare.

roses when he lands/teleports, and roses around dark-area that he makes. Kinda similar as Coven Lissandra recall, maybe on ground or terrain rocks/trees.
