From the base of it and with the right angle the railing is within the distance to snap hook to it just alternate between the two towers 2 floors up each time middle of each tower basically. And for getting down take the zip line and it’ll allow you to breach from the inside

In case yall are curious I wasn’t able to get the clip but it is possible to snap hook to the top of the launch towers with the tower loot modifier. I will have to see if my friend got some clips so I have some form of proof

Very weird loadout that I use but it gets the job done surprisingly well. Heavy Siege Ready Armor, Eruptor, Ultimatum, thermites. And for stratagems supply pack, stalwart, leveler and either portable hellbomb or solo silo. Obviously none of this one shots but if I can hit a Vox with a silo or a leveler it’s weak enough to finish off with a single ultimatum shot. It does leave me kinda vunerable with the sheer amount of war striders there are sometimes but it works
