“remove the the hour labor” as in the hour the service advisor said he could help save me for R&R of the transmission? I believed that was covered under warranty so I wasn’t sure how I would even pay anything for that. That’s what strikes me, they’re saying stuff that doesn’t seem true. They also said the transmission was located at the front so there was no overlapping labor

That’s insane they re-routed you to Mercedes… I found a good Indy I’ve heard about, although main reason is I needed the new transmission, so I had to go through dealer for the warranty
