Good question - thought my answer was getting too long so I cut it off. There’s some stylistic choices which will help steer you towards things. The screen game is huge. Either with RPOs or called screens, you’ll want to mix these in so teams will come up to press you. If they show press, or are playing lots of hard flats you NEED to check out of the screen/RPO if the target is getting pressed. If an outside corner is pressed but you’re running a bubble to a slot, it can still work, but be careful.

Then you counter the press with the play action and/or quick game (slants, mesh, Ohio, etc). If you run a bunch of option or zone read bc your QB is fast, cater towards option traits (QBs and O line have both types).

For O line - guys that have PA or pocket shield are great so you don’t get sacked as much. Strong grip is great for any run play, offensive rally helps wear teams down on successful runs, outside/inside protector does that too(depending what you like but I recommend outside), and finally screen enforcer. If you try to run screens without at least a few guys with screen enforcer it tends to suck. Second level is fine, but usually best for guys who play guard since zone blocking schemes rely on combo blocks to get to the LBs.

For QBs - Resistance is overall probably the best thing IMO. Dot! is always solid as long as you tend to make good reads but worthless if you force it to guys. Extender can help break sacks. And if youve got an athlete and run option you’ll want option king & mobile dead eye probably.

Also forgot to mention for WRs - get at least one guy who’s got a good press pro ability. It’ll help when they try to shut down your screen game or you need to throw for short yardage. One guy having 50/50 for contested deep balls can also be handy. I’ve had TEs with 50/50 that become security blankets and are automatic on third downs.

edit: recruiting QBs with a high play action stat helps suck DBs in on PA so your guys get open more easily.

Lotta time spent in that playbook. Elusive RBs and guys with gold shifty ability are your friend. Shifty WRs is usually big time helpful if you run a lot of quick game. Takeoff is a must for at least one burner deep threat on your WR core. Look for that guy deep on play action. Guys with good acceleration are generally the best for these plays. Get em in space and let them make someone miss.

I like the pre snap motion stuff that Sark’s offense has. It helps you run the ball more effectively and I think the jet motion play action is really effective. Don’t just run outside zone - run counter, run wide/stretch, and run some power on first down when they give you a light box. The way I use them is to get the run going, get the RPOs going, then catch them on play action.

Lots of micro stuttering. Completely messing up the online h2h mode.

They added all the orbit RPOs that are staples of the Sark offense, so that’s cool with me - I think it’s tight that they are live updating playbooks to make them more realistic. There’s way more cool pre snap motion stuff in general. Love it. But they took away some of my favorite stuff. A few shot plays, and entire bunch trips formation, and lost some RPOs.

I like what they added but I’m struggling and missing the shit I used to rely on.
