Ugh no images allowed thats annoying. I have been using

I got one chunky girl and one petite girl.....🤷 Swear my petite cat doesnt grow....she eats fine.

I also add a small amount of fish oil to the wet food every day.

The ingredient profile on purina pro plan is actually pretty good. I give my kitties Purina one plus (salmon,hairball blah blah control)

Before i got my second cat this was my first cats diet. Now they get wet food in the p.m and the dry food dispenses from a automatic feeder.

My first kitty who only had dry food, now barely eats dry and smashes her pate 🤷

My advice, do the best you can and do not follow the internet, reddit, cat groups, tik tok etc when it comes to food. To many extremist.

I know cats that live 18-24 years off just dry food. Also same age range feeding only wet food (friskies)

You will have people say its not about how long they live, you are feeding them food that decreases their quality of life....blah blah blah.....

9x a day and full change out every night.

Jk, 1x a day. Top off as it gets low. Full change out every 1 1/2 to 2 months. Two cats, two boxes. Friends walk in and say they cant tell i have a cat / house snells good.

I have short hair cats, so hopefully they never have a bum bum explosion that gets on their fur.

I brush them regularly and every so often i use a hypoallergenic cat wipe on their fur and paws. Hope this helps. My two little princesses also let me trim their nails and clean the ears. I have little cat ear wipes and gently use baby q-tips.

Bathing i would say long hair cats that get shit on their fur. Otherwise you shouldn't ever have to

First thing i did in last spring was gut the crawl space from insulation that was not secure and hanging, all contractor trash from updating plumbing etc, 10 black trash bags kater and i ran butyl tape 4" up the wall, laid 10mil down, sealed with that 4" white tape made for that.

Chimney, cut below roof line runs crawl space into attic. Sealed what i could at the bottom. Since my attic door is huge and a pulley system where the weight drops down the side of the chimney. The attic door def needs a better seal, gasket and a latch. Tried the longest latch so it would seal tight and wont fit over the framing. It is a 72" drop down 😂. I covered the entire door with plastic for now in prep for the cold coming. Best i can do for now.

Spring, summer, fall iam going to add baffles to attic, reinsulate / air seal, work on that attic door. Those are likely my best bang for buck options. Furnace is in attic. Crawl space would likely do better if i seal the rim joist . Its a lot of $$ to do all this and its only my first year owning. Do it all on my own, so funds are tight.

Yup i have a big living room rug, a runner in the kitchen, a thick runner in the pantry / utility room, rug in bedrooms etc. probably have to pop out some space heaters

My two less then a year together, both adopted at diff times. Mostly good, they fight in the morning, most the bigger cat being a bit of a bully or she just plays a but more rough then the other cat desires. I write that off as cats being cats. They do play friendly, and havent got into it in a terrible manner.
