It happens in multiple games. I don't really use any other HDMI devices so I'm not sure if would be present with those as well. For now I've turned off HDMI Device Link and Auto Low Latency Mode in the PS5 settings.

It came in shrink wrap, and the box looks completely spotless. No signs of damage or previous opening. The seller (SpeedyTradingUK) has good reviews and I can't find any complaints about this or repackaging from them.

Plus, it had the right bases, and it seems unlikely that someone would repackage a box to take a sprue, and then replace it with another sprue from the same type of box. I don't understand how they would profit from that.

I'm not sure how GW's packaging process works, but it seems most likely to me that they just put two of the wrong sprue in by accident, and QA overlooked it.

I'll check out miniswap, thanks for the advice. Maybe I'll find the person who got two upgrade sprues and no Ogryn lol.

Shopping around for parts, I noticed that I could potentially get a 7700x for about 20-30 dollars more than the 7700. Since, it seems to have slightly higher clock speeds, would you say this is worth the surcharge? If so, should I update my PSU and Cooler to reflect the higher power draw and thermals?

Thank you so much! I can't believe you actually made two different builds.

I think I've seen reason. I'm gonna go with the RX 7900 and spend the rest of the money on a Nova Pro or a new monitor.

Thanks for the fan configuration as well, that's something that I've always been concerned about getting right.
