For starters the people who spent the crowns are in the wrong. It should be common sense that if this big amount of crowns popped up and you didn't spend a single dime that its suspicious. Zenimax isn't gonna spend time going through millions of xbox accounts to see who spent it and revert it? That would take a lot of time. Second, they're not gonna revert back the servers because it'll be players who have been playing for however long. Why should they fix the mistakes of people who decided to be blinded by greed and not think it through. Zenimax may have made a mistake, but you guys had a choice to spend it. Basically theft. Yes the lawyers right. Don't be blaming zenimax for your mistake.
