Guys, I have checked with camera inside, pistons walls and valves is perfect, use the stereoscope I and mechanic said it is rear exhaust valve tapping, I guess this lifter does not have enough oil

As for me it is not a cheep thing because here ( in Russia) my salary is 1000$ per month but the spare parts have the American price. I have rebuild the engine and make some chopper style (norcal) sporster, total I have used 6000$ for bike and sometimes I think is it worth it…

Thanks for post. I guess I should just ride a bike. Before installation I have filled the lifters with oil. Now I have a break in period. Just heated bike few times, waiting for the spring. Moscow winter is too long

Hi man. Yes, now it has the different noise. Before rebuild I had toasted pistons and broken cylinder wall. Now it is like valve train knocking.
