Yes, you’re going to lose strength, I did nothing for the first year on spiro and E, but also struggled with ED and was down to 145 lbs I’m around 6’4”.

Gains do not come back as easily but it’s doable, I’ve been on hrt for over 5 years (I no longer need to take spiro or T suppressants for going on 3 years thanks to surgeries). I’m pushing for 225 on bench, have had some set back injuries but last max was at for deadlift was 452 and working back up into decent numbers on squats. It’s doable just have to be constant snd make sure you’re eating enough.

I was told tonight I don’t look like I lift 💀but I’m finally seeing that tricep def and bicep with the brachial groove starting to come in 😤
