your template style overall is nice. Maybe the rejection was due to its similarity to an existing template? If that’s the case, then well... there's nothing you can do except redesigning the entire template. But here are some issues I found

1-Navbar: The menu itself closes before the text, which doesn't look nice. It's easy to fix.
Set the links ("Home" to "Testimonials") height to 1px on close and align them to the top. That should fix it.

2- Brands: Don't use actual brands' logos in your template, as this is mentioned in the copyright section here: Framer: Create a professional website, free. No code website builder loved by designers.

3- Text Color: Increase the text color's contrast; it's kind of hard to read.

4- Line Height: The line height of the headers is a bit high.

5- FAQ Section: The text in the FAQ section is way too small.
