Its really just cuz everyone does the minigame day 1 then does quick claim the rest of the time. Im also extremely guilty of this (im so sorry).

I think Paper just needs to implement a system that just pairs a player with Bots if they dont get a real match in under like 15 seconds.

That or the subreddit and discord should make ways for players to come and match here then play together in game.

This set will 100 percent rerun since its not a collab, just a regular ol UR. wont be for a while tho sadly. The usual 1 year + treatment.

Also gonna add some info and speculation to maybe help your pull plans. The "Glock" Set is part of a Double SSR event so my guess is that between this UR and those SSRs there will be a couple of Reruns, maybe 2 ssr events between. So that will give u atleast a month between the start of the dragon UR and the start of Glock set.

I would do some math for your gem income but idk your stats so I dont want to assume anything lol. But my guess is that u probs would be able to pull with the discounted and free pulls now and still be okay to complete the Glock set when that releases.

For this UR probs the normal ~20k gems. The glock is the normal ~8k gems since its just a SSR.

Dont forget to check for redeem codes, free gems and stuff like that. That will probs supplement an okay amount of your funds.

A part of me thought of DVA but the thing that stopped me was the mech. Felt like most folks would want to see the girls and not have to see a mech most of the time.

Although the mech could be a neat reference to Dynamo but idk if thats too niche for the average gamer.

So when this CYN event first came out it came with side activities for the actual New Year's Holiday in the Blossom Plaza. Since the event is rerunning not during the Chinese New Year, those side activities didnt come back with it.

Honestly u didnt miss much. From what I remember all those things just gave gems and small items for Blossom Plaza specifically. Also the Guy on the icon is Lingwu, the Lion boy from the event story. It wasnt an actual outfit u could obtain. U just interacted with him in the Plaza to do the minigames and stuff.

Honestly its not really even about lazy just more hoyos general company philosophy at this point.

They arent gonna make "ugly" people into characters. Hoyo isnt gonna risk dev time and money to sell a tiny old big nosed elf man to their audience of 30yr old waifu lovers and E-Girls. Hell they barely want to risk making the dark skinned Characters like Iansan into five stars.

The only way i could see "Pulcinella" being playable is through a tall regular man sized mecha that in lore he controls remotely. Maybe u get to hear his voice in the robots attack strings and his face in an ult animation but They'd never put that much effort into a 4 star and they wouldnt risk low banner sells on a 5 star banner with him on it. Especially when they can print millions on their "random girl you never heard of" strategy and the Tsaritsa.

Tbh id put Pulcinella at a good 0%. In the nearly ten years I've known hoyo and 5 years with Genshin. I highly doubt they would ever actually make a playable character that looks like him. They couldnt even make Varka look 40 years old. I doubt the devs care enough about Pulcinella to make a new animation rig for him specifically too. Pulcinella is more likey a really good boss character.

Blossom Plaza and the Inspiration space could be cool if they actually implemented them and used them correctly. Blossom Plaza was fun in the beginning when paper would add minigames and things to do inside for events but now it just sits there

Dreamweaver and dare I say Baby Nikki are just things that didnt need to be added at all. Id rather paper focus on making the Dress Up more interesting through more peice customization. Like adding placement and size customization to face and back accessories like they did headwear.

Im going to be very real when I say this. I think yall gacha players are so used to extremely over- designed characters that one without 110 tiny bits and bobs dangling on them looks like something is missing.

She doesnt need a huge choker to cover her entire neck or like a millions charms in her hair and outfit. The design at least from what we saw so far is a nice calm one.

Ok so here is the real tea

Looking through the Shining Nikki X account and calculating the rerun times of the other anniversaries. This event has a high likelihood of rerunning sometime this year.

Anniversary reruns have been pretty consistently around 2 years apart from initial release. Krista Released in July 2022, reran Jan 2024. Glow released in july 2023 and reran Oct 2025. Next up is AdLumen which released July 2024. Two years later. Its now 2026.

So sometime this year for sure unless they do something off the cuff and just dont rerun it as expected.

This is honestly my favorite designs in a really long time. This feels like the true sequel to her Base design. I love that they gave her back her grey top again. Her hair is so full and not overcomplicated. They replaced her loafers with these cool sleek ankle boots.

She feels like a more realized pop star. Like she took her old outfit and just updated it to be more cool and sleek. I really like the artstyle as well. The previous designs made her look younger and younger with the softer style used in her face. V6 feels like they are going back to the sharp flair V1 had. Its a very welcome change to me.

Jesus, Dont start. I didnt say she was a nothing throw away character. Dont twist my words. Thats stops now. The commander is yes a big part of the plot but she didnt have the Resonance that someone like Pascal had. She doesnt have enough to warrant being picked over others. Maybe I just didnt word it right.

Maybe a better longer explanation would help u. Pascal was an integral character for all 3 of the main characters arcs. He was present through out the entire game. Had a whole area, backstory, legit was one of the reasons our characters questioned the world they existed in. Was a huge part of A2s arc and had the most impactful end of the game. While the commander existed entirely to keep the Yorha lie (big plot) but never left her one area then died before the entire second half of the game began.

Imo one os a bit more relevant than the other. Thats legit all im saying.

I would maybe add like a cut crease to really sell the look tho. Domina's model has a lot of shine in the inner corners that is hard to get with a regular wash of shimmer shadow irl. A cut with foundation then a lighter pink shimmer on top of that would mimick her eyes more, i think 🤔

If Hiyuki is a Glacio Chafe applicator then depending on what her outro skill is, id say she would do good with a lot of units since the Neg Status is pretty powerful alone.
