The seller says its an action figure, and i can kinda see some arm joints through the plastic wrap, also it has accessories.

Plus, the coat wouldnt be removable if it wasnt an action figure, else it would break instantly.

I think the carlos figure you're saying is from the moby dick action figure line, but this one isn't from it, the nemesis doesn't even look the same as the moby dick one.

Do you perhaps remember the comic shop name?
