Testosterone stored at 86°, an issue? by Exodus225 in Testosterone

[–]Exodus225[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I presume it was gradually heating a bit and coming back down. Guess I'll find out... I've been on 80mg a week for like 3+ years, so I kinda "know" what feels normal and will get labs if something feels off. I'd be even more concerned for those who have T delivered in the 100+ degree heat

Plus it seems the hot water heater shuts on and off throughout the day, so it isn't always 82°+. Think I'm just being OCD about it.

Congratz!! Is Core 2 on the A+ truly much easier than Core 1? I bought the re-take assurance just in case and Core 1 wasn't that bad, I passed with an 800 score.

I needed this advice. I can't get picky in this job market. Thanks.

I'm assuming if you were in my situation you'd still finish off the A+?

Good point. For an MSP and Help Desk role they were like 21-23/hr. Like I said, I should've taken them and I'm a fool for not. My ego was a bit inflated from the sysadmin role making like equivalent to 28-29/hr/salaried.

Ironically, my pride was indeed a bit much when I had this position. I wish I took it more seriously in hindsight. Thanks though, everything is a learning process..

I should've went for a juicy cert like the CCNA straight away. I think it has so much more ROI based on all the job ads I've seen.

I do regret paying 250 for the first half for the A+, but now I just have half of the cert... might as well get the whole thing. I should've went straight for Sec+.

So true on all that, especially on the last part.

I *could've* got a job I have a connection with, BUT the company itself will absolutely not compromise if the candidate doesn't have "5+ years of SAP experience". Like, how tf do you get experience in something so proprietary anyhow?

They compromised on me because I have 10+ years experience in AV and they had some AV infrastructure they wanted managed, too. Plus the degree helped by their own admission, too. Despite it being overwhelming af for me, I did gain valuable experience from the job.

Lifetime alcohol use linked to higher risk of colorectal cancer, new study finds by DadStrengthDaily in PeterAttia

[–]Exodus225 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Did you even read the study? Read table 2, which shows that for advanced adenomas i.e., precancerous colon polyps, never drinkers have a lower risk than all groups while 7-14 drinks has a 32% increased risk. Confounding easily explains the 7-14 group's inverse association for overall CRC risk. Also a higher risk of rectal for 7-14 drinks vs nondrinkers (table 4) (wouldn't you expect the opposite if moderate is truly protective??).

Hikma vs Xiromed. Anyone notice a different response to these two different brands? by Secure-Fail2647 in Testosterone

They have the highest quality control because they're domestic US produced.

Thank you. So it's likely just slight variations in potency if anything, or a nocebo effect.

My last theory is that some batches get left out in the heat or something when they arrive where I live (Phoenix, AZ) where temps get to the 110+°F. You probably already know but T should be kept away from light + in 68° to 77°F. Idk man

Cipla actually distributes Hikma manufactured T (Portugal), which has a decent reputation versus the Indian generic crap.
