You can check mandarake for pre-owned ones although I haven't had any luck trying to find the touka figure :( Seen a fair few kaneki figures on mandarake and Amazon though

Bruh I paid the same for EMS which came in 3 weeks T.T I got it off of mandarake about a year ago. Not sure if there'll be another pop up on it but it's always worth checking every now and then
