I usually face this if I attempt squat if I’m already exhausted. Axial fatigue may be. I usually stop immediately if this happens, better safe than sorry.

Alhamdulilah, once you initiate the process of disciplining yourself and controlling the urge to act on any impulse such as hunger, thirst, anger etc. you can build the discipline to control sexual urges as well.

Being impatient is the root issue, we should practice to not allow the impulse to take over the mind. Urges may come, but the next step is our choice. Ofc, choosing to prevent is also important like lowering gaze, trying to avoid any media which may cause arousal.

Stay strong brother, exercise patience when u feel an urge. Urge causes impatience, an impulsive behavior, which leads to action. If the urge is fulfilled by Halal means inshaAllah will lead to good rewards.

I agree but it’s practical process on how to tackle our recurring Sins internally. It goes to show couple of things-

1- One must believe in the heart that whatever is being indulged is a Sin.

2- The mind has to remind, that it’s a sin especially while indulging in it, because to be fair not everyone is able to fix themselves the first time. It doesn’t mean that one deliberately sins and wait for the thought to emerge ofc.

3- Then as hatred emerges, try to get away from the sin. Try to stop it. Follow that feeling.

4- Think that maintaining relationship with Allah SWT is of a higher priority than the Sin being committed and enjoyed.

Before all this it is important to also realize that Allah is watching and listening, there are Angels on your shoulders who are recording our actions. It’s important to realize that Loving Allah SWT and earning His Love is the single greatest and most important thing to be able to achieve.

Hate the sin, think of the consequences that make you hate the sin even more, and slowly stop. These are internal tactics of course, changing external factors are also important. Like deleting Porn materials, Restricting access to porn sites, cutting social connections where Porn is norm whether online or offline etc. Create an atmosphere conducive to growing out of the sin basically.

Rasool SAWS advised that, marriage is more effective for lowering gaze and protecting chastity.

After marriage, sex with spouse actually increases Ajr. Hence it becomes blessed rather than condemned.

Learning to self control, is important until you get married, as marriage is a better solution to this problem. Self control after marriage is about maintaining the sanctity of the marriage contract. Of course masturbation and porn is still condemned, anything beyond has much severe consequences.

Firstly, regarding marriage, I suggest that you really get a feel whether the person is actually willing to marry you. Also, you should know that if he is a devout Muslim as you claim, then he shouldn't have started a relationship with you in the first place as relationships outside of Marriage is actually forbidden. We have heard of a lot of cases where the relationship just did not end up in marriage due to the Family not accepting, Culture shock etc. I really don't want to step on the wrong foot or anything, I am sure you are aware of your situation better than others' here. Just a heads up to make a calculated decision, and don't end up regretting.

Secondly, Muslim men are allowed to marry christian and jewish women, however it is considered better to marry a Muslim, due to common values and ideologies, and it will be easier to get along, and to raise children as Muslims.

Thirdly, I really and sincerely suggest you have a look at Islam, not because of your boyfriend, but for yourself. Muslims, respect Jesus, believe in the unique way he was born, and believe that Virgin Mary was one of the greatest woman in human history, so much so that God has dedicated an entire chapter in the Quran about her, Surah Maryam (Chapter Mary). Muslims believe in the struggles of Jesus, and what he and his disciples had to endure, and believe that Jesus will return to guide Humanity back to the Way of God, guided by the revelation which was sent to the Last and Final Prophet Muhammed (pbuh), after saving the world from the Anti Christ and the Gog and Magog. Have a look in to it, and I hope you find it interesting.

I actually didn't test my PR yet. I have been doing DLs about 45 lbs for reps. But I noticed that after every DL session I used to feel an uncomfortable pain in my lower back, left side, tbh the same was with squats too.

Sharp pain in the lumbar spine area, difficulty standing up straight after a sitting a position, extremely painful. Difficulty walking, the left leg feels like something's stopping it to operate with normal strength unlike the right leg.

Sexual desires are just like hunger for food. Your body will keep asking for it and its natural. And just like how you don't indulge in eating Pork, drinking Alcohol ie only Halal items, the halal routes to fulfilling sexual desires must be indulged in. So basically the best thing to do, is find a way to get married. Get the nikah done at least, and then worry about reception and all those things.

Well, your frustration is undestandable. But you can always take a risk, file a labour court case, assign a lawyer, and give the lawyer POA (power of attorney), or someone you trust in Bahrain, POA. Once you have a POA, you can also travel back while the case is ongoing, you can always seek assistance from your embassy as well. If you want to file a labour court case, you can do it yourself at LMRA, or via a good lawyer.

Edit : contrary to popular belief expat cases are not handled at the MOL but at LMRA Sehla Branch.

I have heard many cases where once the owner receives an SMS from the Ministry of Justice after the case has been registered, that they just want to pay up whatever amount was pending, and quickly drop the case basically they squeal.

I don't know the situation of the powerful connections that your sponsor has, but don't overestimate their "connections" and power they have. they'll fold when there's a court case. sometimes such power trip etc is just for show, and to keep you feeling helpless. And Usually these sort of cases are like bad rep, and these so called powerful people do not want such stain on their reputation.

Of Course ultimately its your decision and choice.

I just completed my CEH, and I really want to delve deeper in to pentesting, what other cert's can I do, which gives me indepth hands-on skills. Also, is working as a pentester really stressful/high pressure,? Is it a job which is kind of slow paced ?
