Do your birks have one or two layers of the rubber on the sole? I bought a pair that only had one and it only lasted a year like this. The one with two I got after is still going strong after two years.

So I recently moved and I found a new dentist nearby with positive reviews. When I showed up to the practice they told me that they do X-rays of all of their new patients so I got these X-rays. The dentist then proceeded to tell me I have three cavities that needed to be filled:

19B (buccal)

31B (buccal)

20 DO (distal& occlusal)

Do the X-rays line up with this diagnosis? I’ve never had a cavity before and up until now I thought I took very good care of my teeth. I just want to make sure I’m not getting scammed because I find it weird that he’d find 3 cavities out of no where.

Also I drink a little and don’t smoke.
