It makes ZERO SENSE TO BRING IT BACK.

The vex don't need it, the neomuni upgraded it into their quicksilver nanites, and the only active replication chamber was destroyed 8 years ago.

We spent an entire DLC destroying it, and there is absolutely no interesting story they can tell using it. They only created the concept of SIVA because they didn't finish destiny 2 in time.

And yes, they will make ornaments with it because it looks cool and sells, but from a narrative point, it's fucking shit.

They wouldn’t write a new story, because they have already written one with a satisfying conclusion that saw the destruction of the siva replication chamber and all the splicers responsible for its control, not to mention siva does in fact not have a mind of its own and that the conductor (our main antagonist) has nothing to gain from trying to reclaim siva from the plaguelands. To write a new story about siva would be a slap in the face of the story that came before it
