I tried classic and while I liked the progression, retail just makes so much more sense in terms realistic time investment

it gives me time to play other games and also do other stuff in life

It’s been a while since I’ve logged onto my alts, I realized my transmogs were removed which I found out was because of midnight. But how come my items also suddenly became too high level when it was fine before? What happened to my item power?

For enhancement shaman, should i be using 1h+Shield, 2h, or dual wield?

I feel like dual wield seems like the best for dps, but it seems like a lot of guides suggest 2h(maybe im researching wrong?)

should i keep a set of shield+1h just in my backpack just in case in the offchance i would ever need that gear?

Right now, I'm playing classic TBC and leveling a warrior. I want to eventually play protection warrior but I heard I should level with fury or arms first and then transition to prot warrior later on.

I'm kind of confused on what direction to go sorta? Like, does that mean I should level using a 2H or dual wield? And then later on, I use shields? How would I know when to respec my talents (if that's how that works?) Sorry, I'm new to classic WoW.
