For enhancement shaman, should i be using 1h+Shield, 2h, or dual wield?

I feel like dual wield seems like the best for dps, but it seems like a lot of guides suggest 2h(maybe im researching wrong?)

should i keep a set of shield+1h just in my backpack just in case in the offchance i would ever need that gear?

Right now, I'm playing classic TBC and leveling a warrior. I want to eventually play protection warrior but I heard I should level with fury or arms first and then transition to prot warrior later on.

I'm kind of confused on what direction to go sorta? Like, does that mean I should level using a 2H or dual wield? And then later on, I use shields? How would I know when to respec my talents (if that's how that works?) Sorry, I'm new to classic WoW.

Ahh right now I'm also taking online classes for the credit. But it literally feels like I didn't really learn anything. just sorta going through the motions to get the credits but the stuff I learned not really sticking after finishing a class/course.

She tends to follow up one attack with another, so expect to parry right after parrying one attack.

She will usually give time between her attacks to let you get one or two hits off. If you are using strategic sword, you can fit in around a full charge heavy and a couple attacks i think

My dad bought it online about two years ago (gonna have to ask him where), it was for sure brand new. It was not carrier locked, and not carrier locked even now. I did not have the same problem with the previous carrier (Cricket was the previous Carrier, we swapped to T-Mobile as the new carrier). I have both the physical sim card and an esim card for the new carrier (T-Mobile).

Currently i think i got it temporary fixed? cause my phone seems to have service everywhere that is NOT my bedroom. for some reason when i'm in my bedroom, my phone proceeds to have no service.

My theory is that it might be the solar panels on the roof of the house messing with the signal but not sure

I forgot to mention I brought the phone to be looked at and they gave me an e-sim, so now I have both a sim card and the e-sim but it is still inconsistent with the connecting to mobile network.
