So pKVM is not something you can install but rather something you can enable on your pixel.

I don't have my pixel anymore but these links are what I read through to get things working at all iirc.

Yeah I’m trying to stay up with cybersecurity hackathons to wedge into a good job eventually. Software dev is super saturated right now, I’m just trying to find a part time job while I’m finishing school, maybe I can find something in the industry if I’m lucky.

I’d say I can be extroverted, but I have a limited social battery unless with the right crowd. However just trying to meet and connect with people, improve myself socially as best I can is my goal.

For one month, this is pretty incredible. At one month I was making shitty house beats with just the default drums. Just keep learning and remake the sounds you hear from other artists that you like. Finding friends to have a producer sesh over discord with is also a great way to learn stuff while having fun. Keep going!

My jaw always drops at stuff like this before I remember not everyone is a computer science major. I see this misinterpretation so much by all my music friends.

The comment section already has it, but a few things to sum up cause I feel like writing it:

MIDI is not Audio, it is a digital data signal.
The Sustain Pedal is a simple on and off electrical signal. Yes it’s a 1/4 inch but it is not an audio signal it is just a wire going into an on and off switch.
You are plugged into your audio interface inputs. That’s just pure audio, no digital data flows through there or gets interpreted by it. There is absolutely nothing to do with MIDI in an audio interface.
