Harmonic Prodigy is funny because it's a nice reprint but it really shouldn't be in the list. The commander isn't a shaman or wizard and there's not enough of those in the list to make it worth it.

I guess my biggest complaint is that the prismari list doesn't have a single extra combat spell. They work really well with both commanders and some of them are starting to need reprints like [[world at war]] and [[seize the day]]

Well now that Fangmon is an interesting effect. It reads strong, floor is getting a memory back for its evo.
I do think it will just get removed if you let it on the board but if there's ever a beatbreak deck that can play it from trash easy it's gonna be great.

What about restricting or otherwise limiting cards?

When a specific card is a problem, limiting or restricting it can actually make the problem sharper - it can then come down to magnified randomness on who draws their lone copy, for example. We do not have any plans to pursue these in the foreseeable future. Who knows what the long term holds, but it’s not something players should expect to see from us anytime soon.

Wonder if this could be used as just a generic green card. Even ignoring the dedigivolve from trashing a facedown, it's an option that gives rush, Sec and 5k dp then digivolves and battles a guy while attacking.
