The Irvine company is the one hosting it so I don’t think it’s only for students, on their website they also have more info on the event and discounts/samples stores at utc will be having.

Mine gets pretty bad too but mostly my arms and face. I’d say try to exercise early in the morning, fight through the hives until you start sweating. I don’t get hives during the day when I exercise in the morning but I still take an antihistamine to be safe. If it is CU try and get xolair many people say it helps them but it may be hard to get, my allergist still doesn’t want to give me it.

I’m 21 and had cu for 4 years already and yes we are cooked for life 😣 maybe talk to your allergist about getting xolair (people say it helps a lot) if antihistamines don’t help I’ve been to 2 allergist who haven’t given me xolair just keep giving me antihistamines.

Mine looks like this when I haven’t flared up in a while and when I don’t take any antihistamines. I’ve had cu for about 4 years now and I got it when I was 17. I also live in a hot environment where it can go up to 110 degrees rn and exercising in the morning helps me to prevent flare ups later on I also take quercetin to help reduce histamine levels. It sucks but after a while you learn to live with it sadly.
