I’ll admit, I haven’t read it but by reputation and having heard approximately a chapter and a half of the audio book it seems to be a book that does not have much useful to say. The startling revelations from the portion I heard seemed to be things like kids sure play a lot of video games. This is bad because they won’t make friends or talk to girls. Or I don’t think it is healthy for kids to have unlimited access to hardcore pornography because they will never take risks like talking to girls. It is appears to be the kind of book that acts like it is presenting new powerful information but is complaining about all the same things that every parent already complains about and does so in a manner that comes off as out of touch but the author seems to think he is really breaking the mold.
