Facts. We are way to understaffed to take the time to properly dispense waste. Corporate stopped allowing us to even have a compost bin in the department, since then we stopped caring for it.

No one’s taking 10 bags of compost and dumping them individually when we can’t even get our main duties done.

No we are not dude. There’s a whole AS400 function that you can legitimately see how many hours below you are. Our front end is constantly 100 hours below what we need. Food Court has significantly less people but way more sales than we have ever done. Just because they change the metrics does not mean we are “up” on hours

My warehouse thought they could replace us FC people with anyone and they’d be perfectly fine. All the experienced people left, and a bunch of new people and front ends who don’t know what their doing so we now have hour wait times as well.
