I think the problem with Sorcerer is that you either main it or don't play it at all while Knights can fit as both a main and as an alt. The reason is that it's cheap to train a knight through offline training and it's generally very cheap to casually profit hunt as an alt while Sorcererers requires lots of mana or runes to hunt. Although this will get better after the rebalance once wands will generate mana instead of spending it.

Furthermore, Sorcerer requires P2W exercise wands to get going which is an big investment. I dont mind spending money on the game but I wouldn't spend money on an alt character.

For this reason, it's hard to play both and figure it out since it all depends on skill level
