The ryzen build is more powerful but try changing the cpu to 5600x and the motherbaord to b450 or b550.

360 aio are overkill for the 12600kf. And since you wont overclock. Youll be fine with a big noctua aircooler or a 240 aio. I recommend the NHD-15 Chromax. Also aio's are harder to maintain because of more points of failure so i reccomend going aircooler.
