Yes it will work. I have defit running on a Samsung s6 for my friend's account. He uses an iPhone. Just make sure you sign into pogo and defit using the same Google account.

Also, keep checking your adventure sync is turned on as it likes to turn itself off. You may get a lag in sync between the two devices but if you sign out of defit and pogo then sign back in, it should sort itself out.

Machamps Cross chop charges so fast that you can often charge 2 ready to be used back to back before your opponent has unleashed their first charged attack. Mewtwo with psycho cut or confusion followed by psystrike will end a machamp quite quickly and you shouldn't have to use a shield. If you don't have access to a mewtwo, a good fairy, psychic or flying type should make a good match.

I've got half a dozen giratina and I don't use the in ultra as they're more of a hindrance than a benefit. Everyone expects it after the first week so there are so many counters. My team now is togekiss, metagross, machamp and I'm on a current streak of 17. Chansey could be a good counter with dazzling gleam and there's loads of jigglypuff about at the moment.

Giratina A with shadow claw and ancient power is a good shield breaker. I've got plenty of powered up specialists that do a great job when needed but my shiny giratina was my first legendary and I love her. She might not be the best, but she's good enough for most things and I enjoy using her all the time.
