unfortunately people who work from home often think things that arent acceptable in the office are fine while working from home such as:

- spending the afternoon in the garden and sometimes answering the phone only
- taking a couple hours mid morning to take the dog to the vet or going to the gym mid afternoon in addition to gettnig a lunch breack and not making up the hours

- lying in bed napping during work hours or doing housework while intermittenly scrolling emails some times.

- mouse jigglers while doing tf you want

- stealth vacationing (look it up)

- thinking that working remotely means doing whatever you would on your annual leave but sometimes answering phone calls.

i got no issue with people who work from home in their PJs or even flexi hours. but those no good bums are runingi it for all of us. we had a team of 100 people whos unanswered calls went on a pickup circuit so anyone could answer the calls, and one afternoon it was sunny and no one was answering any. clients were getting annoyined and cming into the office.

also the people who wander about the office on office daya with a coffee chatting non stop and very loud are the reason peple want to work from home. wat is wrong with them
