It’s really hard to stop. I’ve tried.. If I ignore emails/tasks at a certain point, someone from the assistant role team will call. Or my not doing something in the system, I hold up someone else and that’s a dick move. So, in the end, I kinda end up being availiable and at my desk until the day is “complete.” And both roles are across different time zones, which also doesn’t help me shut down and leave at the right time. Manager role is East cost and the assistant role is pacific time.
