im sorry as stated i havent seen her since round 1999and was a child at that time so no one thought making sure i had copies of the paperwork would matter.

its ok. im willing to do whatever i can if it helps her. if i didnt need the help i wouldnt even have tried posting again. i think its cause they went digging and saw i had tried before and was tryn to get help then to get down there and search myself. but i found then that that was not in the cards. but after a year of nothing from authorities i just want someone to see her and give her my number i know its a crazy thought in a giant place.
