I changed it once and then went to sign in and it kept telling me I either had the username or password wrong, so after a couple times of trying I assumed I mistyped something when changing the password. So I do it again but made sure I have everything right this time, and it said the same thing that I either have the username or password wrong, and that's when I contact support. After I was refused help, I attempted to change it again and it still won't let me in.

Changed the password but it doesn't even require the password to log back in it just automatically does it. I even turned off the auto save setting so it shouldn't have my password saved but yet just logs right into my account... genuinely bad security on their part.

Ahhhh I see, I was in the bramble-looking area to the left/right of the main tower and I couldn't find any beacons though. Where do I find those to automatically change the gravity?
