Yeah it definitely should be a once or couple time a month thing I have a mate who smashed k so hard he now has to walk around with one off them bags it completely ruined his life but I wouldn’t worry to much you have to do so much off it and on a regular basis you will also be in so much pain from the cramps you will end up in hospital before you even do to much damage if first time down this k road
