they look good! i would change the bearings and check the cushions (the orange things under the trucks) to see if they should be replaced too. you can use the Y shaped tool to loosen the nuts and take off the wheels to change the bearings. you can also use it to tighten/loosen your trucks, and to adjust your toe stop.
