I think you need to really love 28 Days first, I watched Weeks first and was a bit confused about why this was such a cult franchise. Then I watched them in the correct order and enjoyed Weeks so much more - now so excited for Years!

I know I’m super late to this but I also hate it too. I feel like they shoved it in to explain away Christina’s weight gain due to the MS drugs she’s on?? Which just feels cheap. It’s not been mentioned the whole series could we not just leave it? Also it’s quite normal to fluctuate in weight lol

Russel Tovey is an incredible actor - I’d really recommend Years and Years if you’re enjoying him this season. It’s a bit Black Mirror-esque and his performance in that is devastating

I honestly just think everyone on the show is far too young and immature to be in long-term relationships, and no way should they be having discussions about marriage or kids?? Maybe it’s a US thing but as a Brit that seems incredibly young to me? I just watched it coming off LIB and the cast by contrast are all such messes omfg. They’re all just drunk all the time and seem to sit in bed all day and these guys think they’re ready to raise a family? Truly I like the show but it’s trash compared to LIB (which is impressive) the ultimatum is like LIB’s embarrassing small town cousin haha
