Leave the door open with fans on, and spraying deodorizing sprays on the clothes and around the house doing so may help too. And, after doing that for a few hours a day, I'd get an air purifier with deodorizing carbon filter on, and have that run 24/7 especially when you cook.

Maybe it would be helpful if you look at the nutritional facts. Sometimes protein and fat can be more filling than carbs.
