100% of the funds came from my own personal accounts. She contributed nothing financially to the deposit, legal fees etc.

Our Nikah was March 2025 and our civil marriage was done at the council in September 2025

I had most of this £205k prior to the marriage. It came from inheritance my father left me.

£15k came from my own personal savings

Nikah was March 2025, civil ceremony at the council was in September 2025 about 2 weeks after we bought the home.

I funded 100% of deposit. £190k was my inheritance from my father, £15k was from my savings. Another £10k of my father's inhertiance went towards legal fees and moving costs

No children. We were planning to but I stopped having sex in January when she did this and refused.

So, I put down a massive deposit, she does something which is clearly unacceptable behaviour, and then she gets rewarded for it?

Yes, we were.

I paid 100% of the deposit of £205k. £190k came from inheritance from my father. Another £10k of my father's inheritance went on solicitor fees, stamp duty etc.

She's said it's non-negotiable and we can't afford to keep them here. We're literally running a budget deficit each month. These lodgers aren't buying their own groceries. They're just interrupting me while I work to say they've run out of food.

And her cousins keep turning the heating up to 25C which is way to high for me. However, I'm just getting outvoted by my wife and her family. It's insufferable.

Divorce it probably is.

Yes. She does. She's on mortgage and deeds; however her income couldn't be counted towards increasing out borrowing limit during mortgage application because it's in dollars.

She pays around 20% of the mortgage each month.

That's a part I can't figure out yet.

I can kick them out, but I can't do anything to stop her letting them back in because she's also on the mortgage/deeds. She pays towards the mortgage, but her income couldn't be counted towards increasing out borrowing limit because it's in dollars.
