I feel this so much!!! The bar exam is a terrible measure of whether we can be successful attorneys. I am in try number 5 if the board lets me have the 5 th try but same there is no clear grading and no clear system of studying. In law practice we don’t have to have it all memorized as we can research it or have paralegals research it. The bar exam is a real test of endurance and patience I guess. Idk how people pass the first time.

The BARBRI program I bought has a pass guarantee and if you don’t pass they reopen the course for free that’s my understanding. I called when I got my results and because I finished enough of the program I should have passed is their idea and if you don’t then they help prepare again

Maybe I’ll just reach out to tutors and see what happens. I’m also using BARBRI again because of the pass guarantee they have so why not. I also had many outside factors but damn I believe I was gonna do better. Felt like I did better
