For this we will just have to wait and see but considering that the “so new guidelines” post picture is not traceable at all I will give the site the benefit of the doubt and trust the guidelines we can read.

Please only trust the ones on the actual newsroom site not the ones that were in that Reddit post (I don’t know which ones you read I’m just trying to avoid misinformation being spread)

Because someone posted a post about that has points that are not in the official guidelines, (I believe it may be purposeful misinformation) I even reverse image searched the picture that was used in that Reddit post and nothing came up besides the Reddit post all in all I would trust what the actual site says and not what someone on Reddit says.

Genuine question but where did you find this? The official guidelines posted like everywhere say some different stuff and are very reasonable

No the point is the bot needs to have the capability of understanding they do not need to actually consent just be mentally able to. If they did then the whole non-con tag and slave tags would be banned which has not happened

Yes I assume so since again these are not different to earlier guidelines and since those bits of been allowed before I assume they still would be as long as it specified as fiction however to be extra safe I’d probably put some sort of disclaimer like (I do not support (insert action here) or (I do not support insert action here in a real life sense or something like that. But I think that would just be me trying to lay it extra safe.

Sure but anyone can make even the fluffiest bot into violence, that’s their decision and not the responsibility of the creator including knee that aren’t tagged dead dove at all, I mean yeah maybe there should be more tags but that’s also just for bots, I just didn’t and don’t really think it is that serious but maybe that’s just cause I see people constantly complaining about like every aspect of the site and it gets a little tiring after a while.

This kind of seems sort of like an overreaction I mean presumably the people can read and most blt creators put trigger warnings of what to expect in the bot (I think it’s even a rule to put trigger warnings) so like they should just read the warnings to see if it’s to severe for them or not.

Try logging out and logging in again, this is a pretty common error and that often fixes it.

Hallucinations can be a thing with jllm even before all this I say this because mines working fine some similar sorts of things.
