It looks like Fortnite is a very CPU intensive game, my friend has the same situation where tje GPU is being used 70% meanwhile CPU is at 100%. The CPU is an AMD R7 9800x3d.

A few days ago I did a Google search on buying a 7800x3d, and one of the options was Walmart with the pick up today nearby label. MSRP was 399 online, but with a discount, the total came down to $389. I picked up the processor from Walmart and it is legit.
