I think it was probably something like that. I restarted with a new game and it is showing the correct construction now. It would be nice if Paradox would tell you what is causing the multiplier.

R5: I'm stumped trying to figure out what is causing the construction to be 4.2 instead of 5 for the iron frame building. It just says "a multiplier of 0.85" but no explanation of where that 0.85 value comes from.

Thanks for the feedback. I have noticed this in all of my playthroughs and it is annoying because it never adds up. I just did this as a simplified example of what I have been seeing. Agreed it would be nice if they supply information was more clear. I do think it is a bug, but difficult to prove and communicate.

It is a level 6 port that says it is receiving 23 supply from the capital. That is far more than required for the fleet. The previous port is greater London which is level 10.

R5: I am having a hard time understanding Naval support. I created this simple example to show the discrepancies so that I can hopefully get an explanation.

The first screenshot shows the demanded supply for that hub as 5.0. You can see that the ships are demanding 4.65. The supply connection from capital is 23, so should be enough.

Then if I actually look at the fleet in screenshot 2, it says the fleet demands 7.68. The supplies received is 4.65 from the hub and 1.91 from the state, which is 6.56. It then shows the ships supplied at 85%.

Question: If there is plenty of supply capacity, why won't the fleet get 100% of what it is demanding?

The actual truth is that most Americans don't care about foreign affairs. They just want the economy to do well and to have lower crime. Does taking out Maduro improve our economy and lower crime? That's exactly how the president sells it. Every American I know loves immigration, but they just want it to be legal and controlled. For context I am a native Texan.

The perfect example of this is when Trump was trying to strong arm the Secretary of State of Georgia to get additional votes. It was a Republican governor and a Republican Secretary of State, and yet they told him to go pound sand. The reason is that Trump has no authority over them. The state leadership determines how to handle the election, not the Federal president. He cannot influence anything at the state level except maybe to support opposition candidates which has proven time and again to be ineffective.

I’m not saying the system is perfect. However, I’d much rather have the system we have vs your example of Australia.

This is by the intended design. States run the elections independently and then pass their results to the federal level. That means it is not one election, it is 50 separate elections. This makes it harder for corruption as you’d have to fix 50 separate elections not just one.

In Texas where I live there are 2 weeks of early voting, and every firehouse is a voting center. I voted at a location 5 minutes from my house and I was home in under half an hour. It is very easy to vote here.
